Welcome to HavhoTM, a platform connecting property buyers, sellers, tenants, and agents. By
accessing or using the HavhoTM mobile application (“App”) or related services, you agree to the
following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
A. ACCEPTANCE & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT By registering or using HavhoTM, you confirm that you
are 18 years or older and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You may
request account deletion via support@havho.com or in-app settings.
B. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT Users are responsible for content uploaded, including listings,
images, and contact details. You may not: - Submit false, misleading, illegal information. - Use the App
for spam, impersonation, harassment, malicious activity. - Infringe HavhoTM or others’ intellectual
property. - Use automated bots/scrapers, reverse-engineer, scan, or disrupt the App.
You grant HavhoTM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use,
reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content to operate, promote, and improve services. HavhoTM may
pre-screen, moderate, refuse, remove, or restrict any content or account at its discretion.
C. SERVICES, MODIFICATIONS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE HavhoTM provides tools to list, browse, and
connect in property transactions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice.
While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee reliability or suitability of any content. HavhoTM is not
an estate agent, attorney, conveyancer, or valuator. You must comply with laws including POPIA, CPA
(sections 29–39), ECTA, Alienation of Land Act, and PPRA regulations.
D. PRIVACY, TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS We collect and process personal data: full name,
surname, phone, email, device info, geolocation, contact list, camera/gallery (with permission). You
consent to: - Receiving emails, newsletters, promotional and admin messages. - Use of cookies, local
storage, sessions, web beacons, Facebook Pixel, Google Maps API, analytics, retargeting. Refer to our
Privacy Policy for details.
E. PAYMENTS & FEES Paid features may be once-off or recurring, billed via Apple App Store or
Google Play Store. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Non-payment may
result in suspension/termination.
F. LIABILITY, WARRANTIES & INDEMNITY Services are “as is”, without warranties. We do not
guarantee listing accuracy, uninterrupted access, or transaction success. HavhoTM is not liable for any
loss. You indemnify HavhoTM, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use.
G. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, Facebook). We are
not responsible for their content or policies.
H. TERMINATION HavhoTM may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches or misuse. Rights under
these Terms cease immediately upon termination.
I. DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW & BOILERPLATE Disputes will be resolved via confidential
arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, in English, under AFSA rules. Prevailing party may recover
costs. These Terms are the entire agreement. If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder applies. No
failure to enforce is a waiver.
J. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS You consent to electronic communications. Email Disclaimer:
messages may be confidential; if misdirected, delete and notify us. We use anti-malware precautions
but cannot guarantee no harmful code.

A. ACCEPTANCE & SCOPE By using HavhoTM, you accept this policy and confirm you are 18+ with
legal capacity. You may only submit your own personal information or that of another person with their
consent.
B. INFORMATION WE COLLECT - Personal data: full name, surname, phone, email. - Device info, IP
address, OS, unique IDs. - Geolocation. - Contact list (with permission). - Photos/camera (with
permission). - Social sign-in data from Google/Facebook/Apple. - Usage data: analytics, cookies, local
storage, sessions, web beacons, Facebook Pixel, Google Maps API, heatmaps, session recordings. -
Customer support interactions (calls/chats may be recorded).
C. PURPOSES We process data to: - Provide and personalise services. - Enable property listings,
matches, communications. - Marketing, newsletters, alerts, promotions (opt-out any time). - Business
analytics and product improvement. - Legal and compliance requirements.
D. MARKETING CONSENT We may send promotional messages to users with consent, and
administrative messages regardless of marketing preferences. You can unsubscribe via link or in-app.
E. DATA SHARING We share with: - Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments). - Third parties
for marketing/retargeting. - Authorities where required by law.
F. RETENTION & ACCURACY We retain data only as needed for purposes or law. We verify identity
before processing requests. You should keep your data accurate and up to date.
G. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS Your data may be processed outside South Africa; by using the
App, you consent to such transfers with safeguards.
H. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP If ownership changes, your data may transfer to the new owner under
this policy.
I. YOUR RIGHTS Access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Withdraw consent to marketing. Lodge
complaints with the Information Regulator.
J. INFORMATION OFFICER & PAIA Contact details and PAIA Manual will be published.
K. SECURITY We use encryption, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.

device. We also use local storage, SDKs, web beacons, and similar tools.
C. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE 1. Strictly Necessary – essential for core functions. 2. Performance
– improve speed and reliability. 3. Analytics – usage patterns (Google Analytics, heatmaps). 4.
